Refund Policy

Overview

You may request a refund within thirty (30) days of your purchase date, provided at least one of the conditions below applies to your product type. Refund eligibility is assessed based on both course progress and, where applicable, your ReadyRating score and exam history.

Standard Refund Conditions

Individual products

  • The course has not been started
  • The course has begun, but progress is less than 10%

Bundle products

  • The courses in the bundle have not been started
  • For courses that have begun, the combined progress of all courses is less than 10% or 10 hours, whichever is lower
  • For partial refunds, the retained course will be charged the full retail price, and the difference will be refunded

ReadyRating Refund Policy

Our courses use an exam readiness system that evaluates your exam readiness through a ReadyRating score (1-5). Your ReadyRating reflects the likelihood of passing the licensing exam based on your demonstrated competency:

  • ReadyRating 5: Highest readiness - strongest likelihood of passing
  • ReadyRating 4: 61%-80% estimated pass likelihood
  • ReadyRating 3: 51%-60% estimated pass likelihood

If you achieve a ReadyRating of 5 prior to your first exam attempt and fail the licensing exam on two separate attempts, you are eligible for a full refund of your course purchase, regardless of course progress or time elapsed since purchase.

Conditions for the ReadyRating 5 refund

  • All lessons must be fully completed (100%) prior to your first exam attempt
  • Your ReadyRating of 5 must be recorded in our system before your first exam attempt
  • All failed exam attempts must be official recognized exams
  • Proof of all failed attempts (e.g., official result notices) must be submitted with your refund request
  • The refund request must be submitted within 90 days of your final failed exam attempt

Price Adjustment Policy

We offer a one-time price adjustment if our product has been marked down within thirty (30) days of your purchase date. We will refund the difference.

Note: This policy does not apply to promotional or limited-time pricing.

For ReadyRating 5 refund claims, please also include:

  • Documentation of your ReadyRating record
  • Confirmation of 100% adaptive module completion
  • Proof of all failed exam attempts

Our Billing and Finance team will review your request and confirm eligibility.

Refund Timeline

  • Processing: Initiated immediately upon eligibility confirmation
  • Issued to: Original payment instrument (credit or debit card)
  • Reflects in statement: 7-10 business days after processing
